Robin Comstock
President & CEO

Robin began her work in the field of chamber of commerce in 1988 as the Director of Membership for a 1,000-member organization. In 1995 she became Executive Director and CEO of a 450-member Chamber and later moved on to become President and CEO of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce a 1,000-member regional organization and now serves as President and CEO of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Robin sits on the Boards of Amoskeag Industries, INTOWN and the NH Philharmonic. Robin is the mother of a college Sophomore son and has been married for 30 years.

Ann Makowski
Chief Financial Officer

Ann joined the Chamber in January of 2001. Her primary responsibilities include financial planning and budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting. Ann’s experience includes ten years in financial modeling and analysis and five years as an independent accounting software trainer. She holds a B.S. degree from Bridgewater State College.

Mike Skelton
Vice President of Economic Development & Advocacy

Mike holds a BA in Political Science from Saint Anselm College and comes to the Chamber from the State’s Deparment of Employment Security where he worked as the Public Affairs and Legislative Liaison for the Office of the Commissioner. As the Director of Economic Development and Advocacy, Mike oversees all economic development initiatives for the Chamber, and represents the organization at City Hall and the State House on legislative issues.

Gemma Waite French
Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations

Gemma WaiteGemma joined the Chamber in April of 2009. Gemma is no stranger to the non-profit sector, prior to joining the Chamber she spent two years as the Public Relations and Marketing Director for the Daniel Webster Council, Boy Scouts of America. While Gemma oversees all aspects of marketing and communications for the Chamber, her expertise is media relations as she spent six years as a broadcast journalist working both on camera and behind the scenes. Gemma is a graduate of Boston University.

Shawnda Misina
Membership Director

Shawnda Misina joined the Chamber in August of 2009. Shawnda brings with her 16 years of sales and sales management experience in both the financial and industrial manufacturing sectors, of which she was utilized in corporate sales training for all new sales employees on the east coast. She brings this sensibility to the Membership Director role with a passion for enriching the membership experience for everyone involved.

Charlene Courtemanche
Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Charlene Courtemache is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Chamber and provides full support to the President and Board of Directors. A New England native, she has a tremendous amount of expertise in the area of Chamber of Commerce work. Her experience includes more than eight years with the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Porstmouth Chamber of Commerce. Charlene is the proud mother of three children and equally proud grandmother of four grandchildren.

Emily DePuy
Customer Relations Specialist

Emily DePuyEmily joined the Chamber August of 2008 as the Customer Service Manager where she manages the front office and assists Chamber staff. Emily graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in April of 2008 with a BA in Political Science.

Caitlin Meaney
Program Director

Caitlin joined the Chamber in January of 2010 as Program Director. Caitlin is responsible for planning and executing all Chamber programs and events. Prior to joining the Chamber she worked as a Special Events Coordinator for Northeast Resource Recovery Association where she planned and executed the organizations major conference and expo. She also spent five years as a Special Events and Fundraising Coordinator at Jubilee Support Alliance in Washington D.C., an organization that provides low-income housing. Caitlin holds a Bachelors Degree in International Service from American University. She has also spent time in Kenya and Vietnam.

Tammy Boucher
Project Manager, Leadership Greater Manchester

Tammy BoucherTammy Boucher is President of Boucher Public Relations and brings her more than 18 years of experience in marketing and communications to her role managing the Chamber’s Leadership Program. Tammy is a magna cum laude graduate of the Honor’s Program at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Tammy was a reporter before becoming a strategic communications specialist and is using her expertise to build visibility for Leadership Greater Manchester-a program that has been making a positive impact on the community since 1986. Tammy is the proud wife of Stephen and mother of Cheyenne and Cove.
