What makes your company or work environment unique?

Our mission statement, which is our dedication to building lifelong relationships with our team members, guests, and community by serving with integrity, kindness, and respect, allows us to put our team first. Everything we do is implemented with the team in mind, including crafting pay plans, making schedules, and creating policies.

What accomplishments within your company are you most proud of?

I’m proud that our company is committed to making sure our team has a safe work environment. Additionally, the significant shift we made to our business model provides an enjoyable experience for our guests, with emphasis on total transparency throughout the entire sales transaction.

What advice would you give to up and coming leaders in the Greater Manchester community?

Be honest. Be kind. Be confident. Be curious. As long as you have an established mission statement and you are true to your mission statement, then decision making will come to you with ease.

What attributes do you think makes our business community and Greater Manchester region special?

The ability to connect quickly and easily with any sector is uniquely a New Hampshire trait. Our business community benefits from having a small, tight-knit network where anyone who is interested in helping a cause, can be supported in a welcoming environment.
