GMC Hires Cole Riel, Member Engagement Coordinator
Riel is responsible for advancing membership goals and engagement.
To enhance its ability to serve the Greater Manchester business community, the Greater Manchester Chamber (GMC) has recently hired Cole Riel to fill the role of Member Engagement Coordinator.
Riel plays an integral role in member retention and growth activities. He is inspired by conduciting one-on-one member consultations and managing group membership engagement strategies. Riel is responsible for assisting in the advancement of the Chamber’s mission, strategic plan, and membership goals by providing excellent customer service and support. A major focus area of his is to serve as the staff point person on updates to the membership database as well as the expert on membership benefit utilization.

Cole is currently a resident of Goffstown, where he has lived his entire life. Throughout his time in the Manchester area, Cole has been involved in several community activities and organizations, including serving on municipal boards and volunteering at the Goffstown Food Network. In 2017, he graduated from UNH with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a Cinema and Media Arts Option. Since his time at UNH, Cole has worked on a number of campaigns of all sizes and he is excited to focus on improving the quality of life for all in the Manchester area through his work at the Chamber.
