About Leadership Greater Manchester

This program strives to cultivate leadership resources within the greater Manchester community by giving potential leaders a well-rounded, in-depth look at issues facing the region and the opportunities that exist to guide us into the future on solid ground. It exists to recognize and nurture leadership talents from diverse sectors of the local community through the exchange of viewpoints and experiences. LGM is a 9-month program that stimulates and develops future leaders through direct exposure, interaction and activities in various aspects of the community,  with the goal of building a consensus among participants and fostering personal and professional relationships.
