Q & A with Heather Avella

What is an aspect of the Chamber’s work that you think is critical to the success of the community?

The Chamber provides a plethora of resources and exposure to help businesses thrive, but even more critical is how the Chamber facilitates the connection of business leaders.  Any community is only as strong as the interconnectedness of its people!

What place would you recommend people visit if they were new to Manchester or the region?

I am an outdoor enthusiast, so I would recommend hiking Mt. Uncanoonuc, visiting Lake Massabesic and exploring the NH Audubon Center nature trails.

What is unique about your role at the Chamber?

My role is unique because I am concerned with what makes each business unique! I identify how the Chamber can best serve those specific needs to help businesses grow. At the same time, I strive to communicate the collective impact of the Chamber’s Strategic Plan, as each and every membership supports the attainment of these goals.
